SARAH
JONES
is a writer/actress and the creator of a one-woman show "Surface
Transit" which has had long NYC runs at American Place Theater
and PS122. She has performed at the Public, Lincoln Center, has
toured widely, and recently appeared in Spike Lee's "Bamboozled."
Sarah
is also beloved in the spoken word scene: she won the 1997 Nuyorican
Poets Cafe's Grand Slam, performed on the "Lyricist Lounge" Vol.
1 hip-hop poetry compilation, and is published in the A Gathering
of the Tribes, the Village Voice, The Source, and her own book
"Your Revolution."
