Planning Meeting

When: Monday, AUG 28 @ 7 PM

Where: Pink Pony restaurant @ 178 Ludlow St, Between Houston & Stanton

Why:

• To connect heads and figure out how to have this procession create the most meaningful impact;
  
• for musicians to plan how they will be led and coordinated on the march;
• to plan how to get the word out (who will speak to radio stations, be interviewed, etc), get more endorsements and involvement from many others who have influence and presence;
• to organize props and other visuals, etc. We will come out of this meeting with a simple plan that each of us has some responsibility for realizing.
